With skills spanning leadership, surveying, electrics, decorating, and full-scale renovation, we take a hands-on approach to every project. No outsourcing, no shortcuts — just a family using real expertise to transform properties from the inside out.
Our journey began with Vicarage Road, a 5-bedroom property that we completely stripped back to its foundations before transforming it into a modern serviced accommodation property. As seen in our photo gallery, we took on the renovation ourselves, rebuilding and improving the property step-by-step with intention, precision, and pride. The finished property has been designed to provide comfortable, practical accommodation for contractors, business travellers and leisure guests.
